First Luggage Pick Up Date

For those whose initial luggage collection point is Marlay Park, kindly enter 'Marlay Park' in the 'Accommodation 1' field.

It is important to input the dates corresponding to the day you check out from your accommodation and need your luggage transferred.

A 48-hour notice is required for the first pick-up.

Please note that your booking will only be confirmed upon receiving an email from Wicklow Way Baggage that includes your accommodation details.

Bags should weigh no more than 15 kilos and only one piece per person.

Baggage should be ready for collection by 8.30 am, clearly labelled using Wicklow Way Baggage labels provided. We undertake to collect and deliver your baggage to the next accommodation by 4.30 pm unless otherwise agreed with the clients.

Wicklow Way Baggage Terms & Conditions

1. Baggage Weight Limit:
- Each bag should weigh no more than 15 kilograms (33 pounds).
- Only one piece of baggage per person is allowed.
- Bags heavier than this weight limit will not be transported.

2. Booking Requirement:
- Only bags booked with us will be carried.
- Bags will not be carried if they are tied together. - Boots or any other items should not be tied to the outside of the bags, as this could result in bags not being collected.

3. Baggage Collection and Delivery:
- Baggage should be ready for collection by 8:30 am.
- Please ensure that your baggage is clearly labeled using the provided Wicklow Way Baggage labels.
- We undertake to collect and deliver your baggage to the next accommodation by 4:30 pm, unless otherwise agreed with the clients.

-We do not deliver to Private Homes  or certain Airbnb's please check before booking.

4. Valuables and Breakable Items:
- No valuable or breakable items (such as Laptops, iPads, or tablets) should be left in transportable luggage.

- Wicklow Way Baggage and their agents do not assume responsibility for any damage to items or luggage during transport.

5. Camping Gas Prohibition:
- No camping gas is to be carried in transportable luggage.

6. Cancellation and Refunds:

- Full Payment due at time of booking.
- If you decide to cancel at any stage of your walk, please contact us promptly.
- Refunds will be issued as follows:
- Up to 72 hours before transfers begin: Minus an administration fee of **10%.
- Up to 48 hours before transfers begin: **50% refund.
- 48 hours or less*: No refund will be given.

7. Accommodation Changes:
- Any changes to accommodation must be advised to us immediately to ensure the correct delivery of bags.

8. Travel Insurance:
- We highly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance.
