Simply fill in the dates and name of the accommodation, day by day, that you are staying in and send it to us. We will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your booking.
Please note, if you are having a rest day or a day that you are not moving accommodation you MUST fill in that day as a rest day, that way we will know that there is no luggage transfer required.
Booking & Payment
Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer (PayPal & Revolut, please ask for details).
Bags should weigh no more than 15 kilos and only one piece per person.
Baggage should be ready for collection by 8.30 am, clearly labelled using Wicklow Way Baggage labels provided. We undertake to collect and deliver your baggage to the next accommodation by 4.30 pm unless otherwise agreed with the clients.
Terms & Conditions
The weight limit per bag is 15kgs
No valuable or breakable items are to be left in transportable luggage. In particular, Laptops, iPads or tablets Wicklow Way Baggage or their agents take no responsibility for the aforesaid items.
Bags will not be carried if they are tied together. Boots or any other items are not to be tied to the outside of the bags; this could result in bags not being collected.
Please have all baggage made available for collection at your accommodation by 8.30 am. You could be asked to have bags ready earlier in peak times.
Please contact us if you decide to cancel at any stage of your walk.
Any changes to accommodation must be advised to us immediately to ensure correct delivery of bags.
No camping gas to be carried in transportable luggage.
We highly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance.
